How Lines of Credit Work 

Once you’re approved, we’ll send a monthly statement outlining the credit available for you to use. Then, all you need to do is write a check for the amount you need. And there’s no cost for not using available credit. 

Home equity lines work like a revolving line of credit. You can pay them down and reuse them as you need to. In some cases, the interest you pay may be tax deductible, but it’s best to consult with a tax advisor to determine if that’s possible in your situation.
