At Palmetto State Bank, you don’t even have to wait for the card to arrive in the mail. You can visit any of our branches to receive an instant issue debit card (fees may apply). 

  • Daily withdrawal limits of $500 at ATMs 

  • Purchases up to $1,500 per day 

  • No withdrawal fees at any Palmetto State Bank ATM  

Lost or Stolen Card? 

If your Palmetto State Bank debit card is lost or stolen, call us at 1 (800) 383-8000. 

If you need to report fraud or fraudulent activity on your card, call us at 1 (855) 219-5399. 

Digital Wallet 

A digital wallet is a contactless way for you to pay for purchases using your smartphone. It’s convenient because you don’t need your physical cards. All the information is stored on your phone’s wallet app. Our cards are compatible with many of the major wallet apps, including: 

  • Apple Pay 

  • Google Wallet 

  • Samsung Wallet

The Brella app allows you to register your debit card and access a host of features, including: 

  • Turn your card on and off at any time within the app 

  • Access balance information and receive fraud alerts anytime, anywhere

Tips for Keeping Your Card Information Safe

  • Never disclose your User ID or PIN to anyone

  • Be aware of email scams requesting that you update your account information

  • Palmetto State Bank will never request your User ID and password by phone or email

  • To access PSB online, enter the URL address manually into your web browser

  • Never log in via any website links, especially within emails
